Learn how faith, persecution, migration, and the search for religious freedom helped shape Amish identity and led many to find a new home in the “City of Brotherly Love” and the surrounding countryside.

Paul is “semi-retired “ , has three grown children , and lives with his wife Diane in Morgantown, PA , which is within the area of the historic Conestoga Valley Amish settlement, the area of the oldest continuing Amish settlement in existence, dating back to 1760.
He is currently focusIng on developing and presenting educational talks and guided countryside “step-on” tours that focus on foundations in Amish history and/or law, in addition to writing educational articles on my website concerning both biblical and secular law.

He has also developed and can intermittently provide, if and as he is available, an intra- family conflict resolution support service called a Preliminary Legal Guidance Report , which is an early neutral evaluation based reporting service intended to help support the resolution of intra-family estate and elder care transition related conflicts .
